Internet Connectivity Issues

To update its database, and to activate a licence, NEMforecast requires an active connection to the internet. NEMforecast uses Internet Explorer's (version 5 and above) proxy settings when attempting to connect to our servers. If you have an active connection to the internet, but NEMforecast is not detecting an internet connection or is having trouble (by either failing to contact the licence or update servers, or by unusually slow updating), your proxy settings may not be allowing NEMforecast to contact the update server.
